In August we continued to work on estimate accuracy, improving permissions for your crews, invoicing enhancements, text search on plan sheets, and improvements to our AI scheduling, amongst a host of other bug fixes and minor improvements.

Revamped Scope of Work

Our new scope of extraction is powered by multi-agent plan-analysis  and now truly understands your estimation needs before giving you a scope. It asks clarifying questions and then gives you a more detailed breakdown of trades x line items with confidence scores. You can add tags, location, and additional measurements to any scope item now.

Enhanced Role Permissions

Your project team on-ground can now work on projects without seeing financials or files. Allow Basic Access for your users to only allow them to see Schedule, Daily Logs, To-Dos, and Timecards. The feature adds a Project View read-only tier and a new To-Do Notes field that your field team can benefit from.

Meet Your Account Manager Module

Did you meet your  KIQ Account manager yet? Yes, you now have a dedicated person who is responsible for your success. You can get started with one-click meeting booking, an intro video, and a "Need immediate help?" chat/email card, all from your homepage.

Invoicing Enhancements

Per-invoice ACH/credit-card toggles, discounts on standalone invoices (no estimate behind them), invoice due dates that follow the next unpaid payment, and live line-item balances while editing invoices and bills.

Text Search on Plan Sheets

Now search any text on a plan sheet by using the new search button at the scope review stage.

AI-Scheduling Enhancement: "Remove the gaps in my Schedule"

Tell the AI "remove the gaps in my schedule" and it identifies tasks to pull forward, previews the change, and applies on confirmation.
