This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how KonstructIQ (“KIQ,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal data collected through our websites, services, social media, or other sites that display this Policy (together, the “Services”). This Policy does not apply to our processing of personal data relating to employees of KIQ. Additional or supplemental privacy notices may be made available to you in connection with, and applicable to, certain Services. This Policy does not override any specific contracts agreed to by KIQ and you, and those relationships may be governed by further agreements. If you are engaging with us on behalf of others or your company or otherwise providing the personal data of others, by engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree that you have the consent of that individual. Please discontinue use of our Services if you have any objections to this Policy.
We may collect or process various categories of personal data. The section titled “Personal Data We Collect and How it is Used and Disclosed” contains information on the categories of personal data collected. As an overview, we collect identifiers, commercial data, financial data, demographic data, professional or employment-related data, education data, internet, technical, or other similar electronic network activity, and sensitive personal data. We collect this information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, and for other reasons listed below. We engage online analytics partners that use “cookies” and similar online tracking technologies, such as pixels or web beacons, to collect information such as the server you are logged onto, the domain name of your internet service provider, your browser type and version and your IP address. We may also derive the general geographic area associated with an IP address. At this time, we only use essential cookies that assist us with providing the services.

California’s “Shine the Light” Law: California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Nevada Revised Statutes: Residents of Nevada have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal data to third parties. We currently do not sell your personal data as defined by Nevada law.
Note that there are restrictions on the number of times you can exercise some of these rights. In some states, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of your authorization. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
We must verify your identity before responding to your request. We verify your identity by asking you to provide personal data that we can match against information we may have collected from you previously. We may need to follow up with you to request more information to verify identity. We will not use personal data we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than responding to your request.
We may have a reason under the law why we do not have to comply with your request, or why we may comply with it in a more limited way than you anticipated. Our Services may contain links to other third-party websites, and this Policy does not apply to third-party websites, mobile applications, or services that may link to our Services or which are linked to from our Services. After you leave our Services, we have no control over the information collected from or about you on those third-party websites. We are not responsible, and assume no liability, for the privacy policies and/or practices of any third-party, and the use of your personal data by third-parties is subject to their privacy policies and terms of use. Please note that any information you include in a message you post to any public posting area, such as the comment section of our social media pages, is available to anyone with Internet access. If you don’t want people to know your email address, for example, don’t include it in any message you post publicly. Our Services are not targeted to or intended for use by children. We are concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the internet. Accordingly, we will not knowingly request personal data online from anyone under the age of 18 without prior, verifiable parental consent. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine the age of a visitor to our sites or user of our Services, so please contact us if you believe we have collected any personal data from an individual under age 18.
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational security measures to help protect your personal data. By using the Services or providing personal data to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Services.
